If you do not want to call us you can find help from these other national helplines. They are there to help you with health, bullying, mental health, counselling, being a carer and much more.
A good tip is to store these contact numbers in your phonebook so you will have them if or when you or a friend might need them.
Health
Remember Young Carers you can make an appointment with your Doctor (GP) via telephone or via the internet. You have to check with your registered GP what their appointment procedure is now and you have the right to contact your GP when you need to.
- Some Pharmacies still offer a delivery service, so please call them to find out how they can help if you need to.
- If you have an urgent medical problem and unsure what to do you can call 111.
- If it is an emergency you need to call 999 for an ambulance.
The NHS School Nurse texting service is still available for 11-19 year olds just text on 07520649895 and they will reply via text.
